The Atlas is a collection of asanas that are explained in depth:
What the purpose of the pose is from a muscular perspective.
How to do the pose functionally and intelligently.
What are the key points to the posture that are important and/or are potential pain points.
Once the key points to the pose are identified, there is also a relevant series of drills that target further development in those key areas. These drills include a level 1, 2 & 3 difficulty level so that working on the key area is accessible to any level of practice.
The Atlas will be kept up to date: as my teaching develops, so will this. This way, you will always be informed with the latest information that I have researched and studied. This is my biggest project so far. Over 100 asanas, over 700 videos filmed, all categorized and organized to be efficiently studied and practiced. This is what I wish I had when I was a new practitioner, a new teacher, or even later in my yoga journey, just so I had a frame of reference to what I was doing. I hope you enjoy the Atlas as much as I enjoyed creating it.
